For the salsa: ▫️ ½ red onion, finely diced ▫️ Handful of coriander, chopped ▫️ 1 garlic clove, minced ▫️ 2 tomatoes, diced For the fish: ▫️ 2 smoked cod loins ▫️ 1 tsp smoked paprika ▫️ ½ tsp onion powder ▫️ ½ tsp garlic powder ▫️ ½ tsp chilli powder ▫️ Salt + pepper For the tacos: ▫️ 6 corn tortillas ▫️ 2 avocados, smashed For the yoghurt dressing: ▫️ 2 tbsp yoghurt ▫️ 1 tsp honey ▫️ 1 tbsp lime juice ▫️ Splash of water 1. Make the salsa by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and set aside. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Letting it chill for a few hours enhances the taste, making it even better. Ingredients: • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1 shallot, chopped • ¼ cup dill pickle relish • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce • Zest of 1 lemon • 1 tsp mustard Instructions: 1.
