I learned this in Maui. | I learned this in Maui. This original video is produced by Ryan R, Rick Lax, and Network Media LLC. This video was filmed and edited by Ryan R team. | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | Alright, guys. As you can see, we got our hamburger patties and I made those from scratch but you can buy the premade ones if you would like. Then, we got some Swiss cheese. Y'all see the holes. There we go. We're just going to place a slice of that. Then we're going to put our A one sauce on there and you can be generous witch's sauce. We want to get that all on there. We want that to cook in Really nice. Alright. So then I cut up some red onions. And I love love love onions. So I'mma load my burgers up. With them. On each one. If you are not a lover of red onion, you can use white onion or if you don't want to use onion at all, you do not have to. This is definitely off of my personal preference. I know y'all are like dang how much onion she putting on there? All of it. Onions are good for your heart y'all. Alright. Then we got our secret ingredient for today. We got some pineapple slices. Go ahead and drain the juice. I'm just going to stick that bad boy right on top. This is going to be so so delicious. And then a burger isn't complete without what? Bacon. Now I do have this pre-cooked bacon. Um you can cook your own if you like. But I would suggest having it cooked prior to. Placing it on our burgers. And I do have my oven preheated to three fifty. Now this might not be even but we are just going to slap on another piece. Bacon. Oh look how that turned out. Look at God. Oop. Doesn't that look so beautiful? Love it. Love it. Love it. So we just going to scoop these over real quick. So, we got our buns. And I melted about a half a stick of butter prior to. We're just going to add some garlic powder just to give it a little flavor. Mix that in nicely. And then we're just going to brush our buns down. Being real generous. So our burgers are going to go in the oven depending on how you like them. Um they're probably going to go in the oven between 25 and 30 minutes at 350. If you like them more on the medium side I will probably say 20 minutes. Um so you can put your buns in there the last 10 minutes. Get them a nice toast. Go. We're almost done with these. Alright. There we go. Got all of our butter lathered up on our buns. So our burgers they're going to go in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. And then our buns are going to go in at the last 10 minutes and we'll see you guys when we get done. Alright guys. Look at our burgers. Ooh I am so excited to go ahead. Get me one of these. So we got our buns here. Nicely toasted and I am just going to get patties, Look, no assembly necessary. We did all the work at the beginning. Look at our burger. Money shot. Now I'm just going to give this bad boy a nice cut. Cooked all the way through. Oop. You know what? Let's just go ahead and get this mug a taste. Y'all That's really good. I hope y'all can hear me crunching. That is seriously good. Quick and easy recipe. I'm fixing to finish this. I'll see y'all later.

Everyone will love this recipe! 🍔 | Everyone will love this recipe! 🍔 Mistie makes a yummy Big Mac Casserole #mcdonalds #easyrecipes #bigmac | By Kyle & Mistie Knight | Take your hash brown patties and they fit perfectly in the bottom of your nine by thirteen pan. Now, we're going to take some lean ground beef and just squeeze that out add that to our skillet. And ground that ground beef up. Add a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. We're just going to give this some flavor. Some garlic powder, onion powder, some salt and pepper. Alright, we got our ground beef nice and brown on top of our hash brown patties. Now, I'm going to take some onion, sprinkle that over it, and you know what else we need? Some cheese from the fridge. Some cheese. Did you grab that shredded cheese, please? Sure. That Alright. Cheese. Here we go. Mild cheddar. Perfect. We are making a Big Mac casserole y'all. Typically I guess you'd be using American cheese but I think everything's better with cheddar right? It's a Big Mac Casserole. Big Mac Casserole. Like McDonald's thing? Yep. Oh wow. This is crazy. Excuse me. That's right. We're covering everything with some shredded cheddar. Alright and then it's ready to go into the oven. We've got it preheated to 350 degrees. You only need about a half hour. Just enough to heat it up because we've already fully cooked that but don't go anywhere because we've still got some more toppings to go on top of this and then we're going to taste test. Alright, now we gotta make the Big Mac sauce. For that, we've got a cup of mayo. A quarter cup of sweet relish, I need one teaspoon of white vinegar, Alright, now we've got one and a half tablespoons of yellow mustard, and then we're going to go in with a half of a teaspoon of paprika, a quarter teaspoon of onion powder, and a quarter teaspoon of garlic powder. Whisk all that together and that is going to give us our Big Mac sauce. Hey, do you remember that song? What song? The Big Mac song? Big Mac song. Are you too young for that? To all beef patty special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Where did that go? Problem. I don't I don't know why. Do you know what he's talking about? Do you know about some song? Yeah, everybody. Are y'all familiar with this? Cuz I have no idea what he's talking about. Sing it with me guys. Give me a thumbs up or heart if you remember this song. To all the Patty's special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and a sesame seed bun. That's the McDonald's song. Do you you guys don't remember that? That's Ronald McDonald's song. I I don't know what you're talking about. Is he making this up? Is he pulling my leg? Mm. Delicious. Alright, I've got my sauce locked and loaded. That is our copycat Big Mac sauce ready to go but Kyle mentioned sesame seed bun. I know there's no bun with this but that doesn't mean we don't have to use sesame seeds so We're going to toast them. Did you know that toasting sesame seeds brings out the flavor? So you just toast it a little bit. Alright, y'all. Our Big Mac Casserole is almost ready for the taste test but first, it's time for the riddle of the day. Let's see if you can get this one right. What occurs once in a minute, twice in a moment, and never in 10000 years. That one's a tricky one. First, tell us where you're from in the comments. Then, let us know what your guess is to this riddle. I'll be letting you know if you get it right. Keep an eye out because I'll tell you the answer within a day but I want to see your guesses first. Let us know if you can get it right. Rolling here for Alright y'all our casserole's ready. Finish off and taste test. We've got our ground beef. We've got our onions. Some cheese. But guess what else goes in a Big Mac casserole? Some lettuce. We're going to just go ahead and top this. Ooh that's hot. Be careful. With some shredded lettuce. Okay. Covering that entirely. It makes it healthy. Listen, I don't know that iceberg has too much health benefit but it will give it a nice crunch, okay? Okay. And our lettuce. What else goes in a Big Mac Casserole? Pickles. Pickles, yes. Alright. Can't forget the pickles. Just layer some pickles here. Now is there anything that you would leave off? Let me know if there's something you would do differently with this recipe. Maybe when you get a Big Mac you order yours without pickles. Let me know how you would do yours. Then we've got our Big Mac sauce. Alright. With a secret sauce. Secret sauce now. Oh my goodness. Let's see if I can get this going. Alright. Did I just push it? Yep. Well sure. Yeah. Just like that. It's going to make little dollops. So is that what you're doing? Okay. Um I'm a little bit worried about the I don't know you got pickles the relish. Still go through. Yeah. Just gotta squeeze it like that right? It's his idea. There you go. Okay so that's for somebody that really likes the sauce. Yes. There we go. Nice. You know it it seems like a good idea at the time. They got these little machines at McDonald's. There you go. Is this how they do it at McDonald's? Sure. Oh my goodness. Is that there we go. Lots of Big Mac sauce actually. That looks quite delicious. That's good. I'm I'm I'm on board. And guess what else? Tossed toasted sesame seeds. Yes. Sprinkle that on top. Look at that. Yummy. I can't wait to try this one. Now, what else do you put on your burgers? Are we missing anything? What about ketchup? Are you liking ketchup on your burgers? Use all the sesame seeds. Mm hmm. Alright, I think I'm going to go right here for this corner and if you do it just right, you'll be able to get that entire hash brown patty. Now, if you want to make this low carb, you could do that. Look at that. Oh my gosh, this is the most genius thing I have ever made. If you want to do this low carb, then just omit our hash browns but I've decided to go for hash browns. I didn't want to leave them out but this is a great way. Sometimes people do this with tater tots but I actually like the hash brown patties because it comes out in a perfect size serving. Okay. I'm coming in for this taste test. I gave you your own fork this time. Okay. Do you. Some of y'all were complaining because we were sharing a fork. Do you think it's okay for a married couple to share a fork? I thought so but apparently not. Alright. I'm going to I'm curious if this is going to taste like is it going to taste Big Mac. Here we go. The sauce smells like it. I'll tell you. You get that sense right away. Uh Wow. It actually tastes like I just went to McDonald's. Yeah. It's missing the bun. But yeah look at that. It's really good. Would you do anything differently? Did I did I hit the hit the target on this one? You know that sauce really does taste like the secret is in the sauce. Wow. Guys this is good. Your family's going to love this. Okay. Uh that's a big bite right now. We've almost eaten it all. Should I eat that one? Right in front of you. Go for it. Okay ready? You're going to love this one. Kids are going to love some too. Mhm. You're the winner. You need a drink. Jake is such a big boss. It's here. No it. I'm okay.

New way to do burgers | New way to do burgers I make mini pizza burger sliders. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, that was my two pounds of ground beef mixed with Italian herbs. Now, coming in with my Rayo's pizza sauce and I have a little cookie scoop here and we're going to scoop some pizza sauce onto each of our cups of beef just like so. This is going to be such an easy and delicious, quick, little lunch dinner hack that you will love. All you need to do is get your beef in to your cups evenly distributed and don't worry I'm using this whole jar of pizza sauce so there is no cross contamination happening. Everything will be cooked out. Okay. Beautiful. Next I'm coming in with my sliced mozzarella cheese and we are just going to go ahead and take this right out of our wrapper and we're going to cut it in half just like so. Perfect. We're going to grab our slices just like this and then, we're just going to fold it right on top of our pizza sauce. We're going to quickly get a slice of cheese onto each of our patties. Alright, getting cheese on our last little cup here. Now, I'm coming in with some mini pepperonis and we're going to do a couple of these pepperonis right on top of each of our cups just like so. Now, if you don't like pepper you could do an olive, you can do a ham and pineapple. Kind of just choose whatever pizza topping you like because that's kind of the vibe we're going for here but these mini pepperonis are perfect for this dish. Oh my goodness. Look how quick and easy this is. Let's get our last one covered in pepperoni. These look absolutely delicious. Okay and that is it. These are going to go ahead in the oven at 350 for about 35 minutes. Alright, well those are in the oven we're going to go ahead and grab some Hawaiian king rolls. And I already cut these right in half just like so and I'm going to go ahead and grab one stick of melted butter and inside that butter, I'm going to add some minced garlic About one tablespoon should do. I love garlic. You guys know that. And then also we're going to add some Parmesan cheese to our butter. Add as much or as little as you like. Shake shake shake. There we go. Perfect. Make a little mess but that's no problem. I'm going to grab my little brush and give this a nice good mix and then we're going to spread that butter with our garlic and that cheese right onto our Hawaiian rolls just like so oh my goodness this is going to be the best dinner you've ever had so easy just to throw together kids love it it's very kid friendly guests love it parents love it it's everything you want and more okay I'm going to go ahead and put those tops back on and put the rest of the butter right on top just going to pour it this time Beautiful. That looks so delicious. Yeah. Make sure it gets evenly coated though. Mm mm mm. Alright and little fun fact, you can actually throw in this little paper container that it comes in into the oven. So, we're going to go ahead and do that and get these nice and toasty. Alright, our pizza sliders are ready. Oh my goodness. These look so good. Let's go ahead and put that to the side. Bring in our buns. Look how nice and toasty these are. It did kind of stick to other from that butter but it's okay. It's nothing we can't fix. Beautiful. Oh, looks incredible. Now, we're just going to grab our sliders using some tongs and put em right there. Look how juicy our pizza, burger sliders, Okay. Perfect amount for our Hawaiian rolls. Let's cover them up because it is time to give them a try. Just going to undo our little and this is the best part. You can just rip your slider off. So perfect for a party. So perfect for you know an appetizer or just for whatever. Look. Perfectly cooked. I like mine with a little pink. So good.

Cheeseburger Casserole is so clever | cheeseburger, video recording, casserole | Cheeseburger Casserole is so clever What a clever and easy way to make this recipe. This original video was produced by Rick Lax Productions and Adam Trent | By Life with Coco | Alright. Take the rest of your buns. Just fill it in like that. We're going to take a little bit of ground turkey. Now I'm using turkey instead of beef because I got high cholesterol and this is going to make it a little bit more healthy. Doesn't look as appetizing as the ground beef but trust me. It's healthy. Tastes just as good. Yeah it does taste good. Okay get your fingers in there. Mine are clean. Don't worry. Uh so I'm just going to spread it out evenly. Then we're going to get the regular cut fries. Mhm. You can use whatever cut want but I like the regular kind. And these actually were frozen but I kept them in the fridge overnight. Uh so that they're a little bit softer. More soft. They'll cook faster because already the ground turkey's cooked so we won't need to leave it in there for long. Salt. Now everything is unseasoned. The beef's unseasoned. The or the ground turkey's unseasoned. The French fries are unseasoned. So I am going to add a little bit more salt. Okay? But that's just because nothing's seasoned. Yep. Little bit of ground pepper. Yeah oh I love pepper. And I like these thick I like these thicker fries too. Sometimes like the the really skinny fries. Cheese string. Yeah they get cold so fast by the time you take them out. They're already cold. I agree. These are more meaty. They they're denser. They hold the heat. Yeah. Yeah. They hold the heat. Okay. Now I'm going to go in with a little bit of ketchup. And what? I'm going to shake this because there is nothing more gross to me. Watery ketchup. Yes. Yeah. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Alright. Squeeze at the top like that. And then I don't know about y'all but I like mustard. I like mustard on my. So you put that on there first. Yeah you put this on here first. You can put some on later but I like to do it before it goes in because it makes all this kind of mushy. You know casseroles have more liquid to them. Mhm. This one doesn't. So this'll help with that. This is some diced tomatoes. Cuz we like our veggies. Try and be a little healthier, you know. Don't want to get a bad report from the doctor. No. There we go. Mm. And another hack is I like to use these throw away baking tins because you just throw them away after everybody's done eating, right? Mhm. I don't have time to clean. No one has time. Who has time? Even if you have it, wouldn't you rather spend your time doing something else? That is such a good point. Alright, so there's some onions. Yes, some onions. I like a lot of onions but I know some people don't like onions but I really like them. As a joke for people who have cut onions before. Yes. We all know. Okay. Here we go. Last but not least. Got my velveeta slices. Mhm. Now I know this part's not the healthiest. But what do you want me to it just got a little unhealthy. Did I use cheese you kidding? Alright so I have all these just sliced like this. Yeah. You could use you could use the shredded cheese if you want. But what I like about this is that it covers it in cheese so evenly. I want to when this melts and comes out of the egg. Put this in the oven? Yeah I'm going to put this in the oven for a little bit. So this everything's going to get heated up. Cook a little bit more and this melty cheese will be on top. You'll see how great it looks. Wow. Um now I just had an idea as well. So I like my velveeta. Uh you know that. But you could use a pepper jack. A pepper jack might be kind of nice. Don't you think what kind of cheese is your favorite? I like pepper jack. Um in the comments. Let me know what's your favorite type of cheese. And also let me know where you're watching from. We got a lot of people watching from Minnesota I believe. Oh I love Minnesota. I have a friend from Minnesota. We got people in Florida. Oh Florida. I love Florida. And guys we read every single comment you guys do here. So write the comments in here. We will read every single one. And let us know. Is this something that I mean on a Sunday game day? Imagine pulling this out of the oven. Yeah what you think is what would you do differently but be kind when you're telling me because yeah guys no need to be a little meat. No need to rude. Alright. Alright, let's do this. My oven's preheating at 400 and I'm going to pop it in here until the cheese gets melty, okay? Pop it in. It'll get a little bubbly. Ooh. Alright, it's time. Oh my goodness. At this. Let me see it. Cheeseburger. Wow. Cheese. I want to see you cut into it though. Now that's the cheese on top right there. Yep. That's the cheese on top. And then I'm going to do about the size of a bun. Yep. You just gotta trace the bun with it huh? Yep. Look at all this beef and and that's that's the turkey turkey meat. Yeah it's turkey because this is healthy yeah. On a diet remember? Okay here we go. Okay. Oh my goodness. And yes you can see the bread. Oh bread's nice and crispy in the bottom. Hm. Alright let's have a bite. Oh my goodness. And look at the smoke of this thing coming out. Now I will say I think the fries could be cooked a little bit more. Okay. A little bit more crispy. I'll probably do them before next time but yes. Let's see. It's hot. Careful. Is it too hot? Mm. It's hot. We're going to read every single comment. How is it taste good? It's hot. I take back what I said about the fries. They are perfect. Oh so you can do it this way. Alright. Thank you guys so much for watching. Thanks for the love. Thanks for the support. Share this with your friends. See you guys.

Now, if this is the time when you have any fat or grease, you would wanna drain it off but we used a really lean ground beef so we can completely not do that. So, now, we're going to throw in some minced garlic. Then, we have paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix that in. And we're just gonna stir this in. Oh, and make a little bit of a mess. I should be wearing my aprons tonight. It. Okay, once that is mixed in, we're going to do two cups of water and one and a half cups of milk. So, it's just like the regular box stuff where you dump in your seasonings then we're going to add our liquids and last, we're going to add our pasta. So, I did water and the milk. The milk is what's gonna make it super creamy and delicious. And now, all we have to do, I'm gonna stir this up and all we have to do is wait. Once it starts to boil, I'm gonna go ahead and cover it to kinda help it boil faster. But once it comes to a boil, we're gonna stir in our pasta and then, we're going to let it come back to boil and then, we're gonna reduce it to low and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked through. Now, remember, this is uncooked pasta just like you would in a box hamburger helper. So, that way the pasta is going to cook in and while I know you think that's a lot of liquid, the liquid is the pasta. The pasta is actually going to soak up all that liquid and make a delicious skillet casserole a roll. I grew up making, I grew up, not grew up. My kids grew up me making hamburger helper back in the day because it was a super easy dinner but once I realized how simple it was to make at home, it's kind of a no-brainer. Why buy the box stuff when you can make it just as fast and just as easy. Okay, there are ways that you can up up the protein if you wanna double the meat. Um you could add beans to it to add more protein. So, while we're waiting for this to boil, let's go ahead and chat on different ways you can make this your own. So, if you wanna make this a like cheddar mac, what I would do is definitely throw in a can of beans. You wanna drain the beans and throw them in and then you're still gonna do everything else the same. Now, in our regular recipe, we're calling for three cups of cheese. We want two cups of cheddar cheese and then one cup of something else like a Monterey Jack, a mozzarella, you can do a Parmesan. We're doing a pepper jack cheese because we like a little bit of kick to our mac and cheese or our homemade uh hamburger helper but if you're doing a mac one, then I would do all cheddar cheese. So, if you wanna do an Italian version. You could change out your noodles to like the little egg noodles instead of these. You could keep this though. You would take away the paprika and add an Italian seasoning and then I would do mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in the Italian version. A taco mac. I would get rid of the paprika. I would add in a tablespoon of taco seasoning. I would still do this. You can throw in a can of black beans and I would probably keep the cheese the same. So, as you can see, you see how you're starting out with the same recipe, you're just tweaking it a little bit and it's completely new recipe for your family. So, once you learn this easy method of a homemade hamburger helper, the possibilities are endless. Just by standing here, I gave you four different recipes. The Philly cheesesteak, I mean, the possibilities are endless. You can just change out the pasta, change out the seasonings but as long as you keep your liquid, your pasta, your meat kinda ratio the same, then, you should be good to go. Okay, getting there. I can start starting to uh level just a little bit. If you do want the recipe, say, hey, can I have the recipe? And we'll send it to you or just go to eatingonadime.com and search homemade hamburger helper. Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and stir it in and we're gonna bring it to a boil on the stove once we're done with the video. It's starting to boil. We're going to stir the pasta in. I'm gonna cover it back and let it come back to a boil just like you would in the box stove. Then, once you see it boiling, you're gonna do a quick stir and then you're gonna reduce the heat to low. We're gonna let it simmer for nine to 12 minutes depending on your pasta. So, what I like to do is I like to look at the package of my pasta and if it says like 9 minutes to 12 minutes and I'm gonna cook it about nine. I wanna cook my pasta a little more al dente because remember, it's gonna sit in the pan and then you're gonna stir in your cheeses. So, it's gonna continue to cook and you don't want soggy pasta. So, always cook it on moleser side. So, if you were to do egg noodles, egg noodles are a lot faster to cook than the macaroni noodles are. I keep putting this like there's pasta in here. There isn't. Um so, definitely go buy your noodles based on it but as you can see, this is all I have left to do. Once that we're gonna stir this regularly, probably every couple of minutes. So, it is a meal but you kinda need to be something like a crack-pot meal or it is pot meal where you can just walk away. You kinda have to be all hands on deck but we already know that with the hamburger helper but again, dinner done. In twenty-two minutes. So, 30 minutes or less. So, once this pasta is done, if for some reason you have extra liquid in the pan that you aren't expecting, remove the lid and just let it sit and it will continue to evaporate. Then, right before you serve it, you're gonna stir in the cheeses. Now, on this recipe, we did two cups of cheddar cheese and then one cup of whatever cheese you want. Whether it's mozzarella, um Monterey Jack, or we like to do pepper jacks to get a little bit of kick and then, Simple, easy. Tell me you can't do that.
