Dates are naturally very sweet and have a caramel-like taste, and this recipe turned out SO GOOD! Inspired by @avocado_bella! Ingredients: - Medjool dates (I used 9 - you may need less or more depending on the size of your apple) - 1 apple (I used honeycrisp) Optional toppings: - I melted 1/4 cup dark choc chips with 1 tsp coconut oil (which keeps it from cracking when you cut the apple) - I added crushed peanuts but you could do any crushed nuts, candies, sprinkles etc!
