In a bowl mix together 3/4 cups brown sugar, 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, and 3/4 cups Italian style panko bread crumbs. 3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each pork chop(you won’t taste it) so about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise total. 4. Now dip each pork chop in the bread crumb mixture. Put as much as you can on them. 5. Place them in a well greased dish then spray a little oil on the top of them. 6. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 7. Enjoy!
