Danny N makes the ultimate breakfast perfect for the holidays. | By Danny N’s Kitchen | Alright so I'm taking some simply potatoes that you find in the refrigerated section. These are never frozen. And putting them across a thirteen by 9dish. Now I'm going to take some Tillamook medium cheddar. I love using slices for this part of the recipe. Because this is what is going to add tons of great flavor to those potatoes. And also that's going to melt right into those hash browns. And that is going to be the best part. I am only going to use six of these because look how thick. These are like a farm style cut so they're super thick slices of cheese. Look at how delicious this looks already. But here comes my favorite part. Make sure that's all perfect. Now I'm going to take some beef little smokies. I love using Lil Smokies for this recipe. Look at these. Oh my gosh. Now I'm going to dump out a whole entire bag. This is 12 ounces of Little Smokies. And I'm going to put these across the whole entire dish. Oh these this this this breakfast dish is going to be so delicious. So now that I have all these little smokies here I'm going to come right in with some bacon. This is fully cooked bacon. You can parcook the bacon because we are going to be putting this in the in the oven. So I'm just going to take some bacon and lather it across. Let's do it this way. Lather it across those little smokies across those those the the cheese and the hash browns and with all this flavors going to just ooze and goose right into the amazing hashbounds. Look at how amazing that looks. Wow. Now that we have that, I'm going to move this to the side. Bring in a medium to large size bowl. I'm taking some Philadelphia whipped cream cheese. I love using whipped for this recipe because the because look at it. It's like already softened. It's you don't have to soften anything because it's whipped. Look at that. It's crazy. And this is the same amount as your standard eight ounce cream cheese that would have been let soften. So if that's all that you have in your fridge right now feel free to use that. But I'm going to add a little twist to this. Add some bacon. This is for recipes. It says recipe pieces. And I'm just going to put let's put the whole entire bag in there. Ooh look at that. Now I'm going to start oh shoot. Now I'm going to start mixing this up and you kind of want all of the cream cheese to blend perfectly with those with the bacon. Don't leave any bit out of the containers. Don't leave any bit out when you're mixing. Look at that. What do you, how does that look, babe? It smells amazing. It does smell pretty dang good, huh? So, I'm going to bring this back in because we love everything about this and I'm going to take this mixture and I'm just going to blob it to four blobs. So, one right there, one right there and this is going to add so much flavor and the bacon in there is going to add a savoriness. That's a heartiness too that is going to be amazing. Alright, we want, we don't want any waste in this house. So, I'm going to take every last bit right better. And then I'm going to spread this across the whole entire dish. This is where you know you could take your time here. I'm going to go fast so it's it might not look as pretty. But this is going to add some great flavours. And this is going to melt right on top that then goes into those hash browns. Cool. I I'm you know this actually looks phenomenal. I'm a hundred percent satisfied with that. Now we're going to bring in 12 eggs. Count them. Count them. Ready? And then I'm going to put twelve eggs right on top of this whole entire dish. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Let's put this one over here. There you go. You want the eggs on every part of it. Look at how delicious that looks. Wow. I'm actually quite excited. So I'm going to take some. Pepper. Is this pepper? Yeah. Where's all the pepper babe? We only have a few left. Okay here. Oh it's working. Oh always season your eggs. So I'm doing pepper here. And I'm just going to put this across the whole entire egg. Yeah. What do you mean? We're going to have to get some more pepper in there babe because I think it's out. And then I'm taking some salt. This is the most important part. This is sea salt. Sea salt is way healthier for you than any form of salt. Even more than pink Himalayan salt. Um pink Himalayan salt is pretty controversial right now. So let me know in the comments below what you think. Ooh. And I like a little bit of spice. You don't have to do But I'm going to do some chili powder. And the chili powder what that's going to do is that's going to add some great flavor and a nice light spice. I don't want to put too much on there because not many people like it too spicy. And to top it all off finally medium cheddar. Look oh **** I hate when that happens. And I'm going to put it right on top. And this cheese is going to seal in the deal. It's going to seal in all that moisture. And it's going to make the eggs perfectly cooked. You want to cover up the yolks because you don't want the yolks to get to harden. Okay? You do want them to have a nice little consistency. And it's okay if a do harden a little bit. You can always just turn them into scrambled eggs. Now we are ready. Now this is ready for the oven. I have my oven set to three fifty. I'm going to throw it in there for like 35 to 45 minutes. Check on it frequently. Oh my goodness. This smells phenomenal. Look at that. Can you hear it sizzle? Yeah. Yeah. You actually can this time. Nice. Coming in with my shears and my green onions. And I'm just going to add a nice little pop of flavour. Uh and a pop color. Look at how delicious this is looking. Oh my goodness. So I'm just going to add a little bit of green onion. You can use whatever you want. You can skip this part but I need it. You can tell that it's ready by how brown the cheese is around that. Oh and I think I'm ready to dig in. Let me get this little corn piece. I love getting the corn piece. You want to dig all the way in there because you definitely want to get all that hash browns, everything else that is under there. Are you ready? Here we go. Goodness. Look at that. Wow. Doesn't that look delicious? Put it right here on my plate. Oh little smokey running away from me. Don't worry I'll eat you. And now I'm going to take some black truffle hot sauce. I'm going to put this right here. And I like I love using the truffle hot sauce. And I'm just going to do a little bit. This whole is pretty big. Look at that. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Whoa. I'm ready to give this a try. Oh look the eggs are perfectly cooked. The bacon's there. Everything's there. The eggs are great. Look at the cream cheese. Oh look at that steam. Blow on it. It's going to be super super super hot for real. It's going to be really hot. I know you're getting excited. I know. Get some of that hot sauce and let's give it a try. Enjoy. Hot. Oh my gosh. How's that? It's so good. Wow.
