Cactus Jungle - San Francisco Bay Area - Cactus Salsa
Xoconostle Cactus Salsa - Pronounced choco-nose-leh. (Similar to Prickly Pears but sour and tart. Used in Mexico for salsas. The xoconostle is the fruit from the cactus plant Opuntia Joconostle. It looks similar to tunas, but it tastes different, and most importantly the seeds are all grouped in the center rather than spread throughout the flesh.)
Ranch powder mixed with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Tastes exactly like ranch without any of that fat and large amounts of calories and Greek yogurt is so good for you.
