Ingredients: • 3 lbs chicken legs or wings • 2 Tbsp olive oil • ½ cup soy sauce • ½ cup brown sugar • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp grated ginger Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. Place chicken on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked and caramelized. Simmer reserved marinade in a saucepan until thickened, about 5 minutes. Brush chicken with glaze and bake an additional 5 minutes until sticky and caramelized. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired. Serve hot.
