Lemon Butter Fish Fillet Recipe
Pat the fish fillets dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then simmer for 2 minutes. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the fish. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
