Several planning and massing options, as well as multiple architectural expressions, were studied. While the concepts were favorable, the project never got real traction.

We partnered with Miura Holdings to explore this opportunity. This project is envisaged to become an international destination and an example of integrated and sustainable living by transforming the former airport site into several components: residential, shopping, working, leisure, entertainment and cultural facilities.
