Misses and Women's Shirt-waist Dress. The bodice is tacked below shoulders and gathered at lower edge. The bodice buttons in the front below the notched collar. The skirt joins the bodice at natural waistline. You can make it with either Bishop sleeves or short sleeves which are darted into the armhole.
