You at Yours Body Confidence & Boudoir Photography - Do you write a journal? If so, what is the purpose of it for you? Is it to reflect on the day? To show gratitude? To just brain dump! I've been trying to get into the habit of reflecting on my days in the evenings because frankly, a lot can happen in 24 hours and you can find yourself quickly just existing instead of not being present when you're jumping from a shoot to a meeting to a walk with a friend. Reflecting on shoots is my favorite though. I write about the interaction I had with that individual before, during and after her experience as well as anything else I observed. It keeps me grounded; rooted in my why and committed to the cause. Plus it gives me something to look back on in 30 years which is pretty cool!
