For the Naan Dough: 
(1 + 1/4)cups Ap flour 
2 tbsp Semolina 
Salt to taste 
1 tsp Sugar 
1/2 tsp Baking Powder 
1/4 tsp Baking Soda -
1/3 cup Curd (Dahi) 
2 tbsp Oil 
Milk - as required (to knead) 

For the Stuffing: 
* Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. Then add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 2 Onion (finely chopped), and 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste. Sauté till onion turn translucent. 
* Then add 1/2 cup Tomato Purée, Salt to taste, Red Chilli powder to taste, and 1/2 tsp Garam Masala. Cook till the oil starts to separate.
