ghanian jollof rice 1/3/16 handwritten..sorry if you can't read all of it...phyllis is a doctor and we all know about their handwriting!! it was very delicious. i was hesitant about adding the habanero along with the hot curry powder (i can't handle too spicy foods) but it worked out. tingly but not unbearable, probably bc the habanero was a small one. tq
