We pushed off our side yard project until the Fall before we listed our Colorado home, and man oh man, we SO wished we would’ve tackled it sooner!!

We worked with Jorge @canyonpointlandscaping and his team to make our neglected, narrow, sloped, and overgrown side yard work better for our family’s needs and become our own little oasis!

Here’s how:

- Fixing the existing irrigation (which was a mess—there were about 3-4 buried sprinkler heads that had just been saturating the dirt and clay, adding to our horrendous weeds problem).
