Ughhh these have got to be my favvv way of making shrimps after dynamite shrimps ofc. SO GOOD 🤤

INGREDIENTS
- Raw or pre-cooked shrimps (I used frozen pre-cooked ones)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup Plain flour
- 1/4 cup Panko Bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

METHOD
- Marinate the shrimps then coat with dry mixture.
- Deep fry for 5-6 mins until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
