The St. Louis Union Station was once the largest and busiest passenger rail terminal in the world. Today it is a rather unremarkable mall. I used 10 shots one f-stop apart for this image. Used Photomatix 4 beta to do the HDR. Because there are so many shots, the people walking around magically disappeared, probably because I didn't select the eliminate ghosting option. One more trick learned. I also unchecked the reduce noise option in Photomatix, and reduced noise using Imagenomic Noiseware…

Moon rising over the St. Louis Arch at Dusk. I just finished shooting a fantastic sunset and turned the opposite direction to face the Arch and this amazing moon was huvering over the Arch. The orange glow is from the reflection of the sunset. This is one of those shots you get by being in the right spot at the right time.
