Start your Sunday with this delicious high protein french toast each serving contains 31g protein!! y • Recipe makes 2x servings. • What you will need: • - 4x Slices Bread • - 2x Whole Eggs • - 50g @myprotein Vanilla Protein Powder • - 50ml Milk • - 1x Tbsp Sugar • - 1x Tbsp Cinnamon • - @myprotein Sugar Free Golden Syrup • Method: • - Heat a skillet over low heat. • - Meanwhile, add your eggs, milk and protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth. • - Dip the bread into the mixture, leave each slice for a few minutes, then place onto your heated skillet (be sure to add a few sprays of Frylight onto your skillet first!). • - Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side (or just until each side is golden).
