I microwaved 2 caramel squares for 10 seconds so they were a bit softer and easier to work with then I rolled them together and rolled them out into a rope from thick to thin and then wrap around the pretzel rod. Then cover in the chocolate and tap to get off any access then allow to set and place in cellophane bags and tie a green ribbon for the stem!"

370K views · 9K reactions | Easy Homemade Mango Ice cream. I don't buy Icecream in my home anymore. 🍦 | By Cooking With Claudy | See how smooth, silky and creamy this ice cream looks? I will be showing you how to make yours, the same like this from scratch using just few ingredients. Let's make mango ice cream. To start off right here, I have one whole mango, it has been washed, peeled and cut into chunks. You want to go ahead and blend that until you have a smooth puree. I will just add a little bit of water so that can easily blend. Now go ahead and set that aside. For my next ingredients, I'm using one liter of whipping cream. I'm using the fat Now transfer that into a bowl, I will be using a hand mixer, let's go ahead and mix that until it becomes light and fluffy, so guys to mix this you have to mix until you have a like a stiff peak, okay? So I will show you how how to achieve a stiff peak, so when you lift up your mixer like this, then see how sharp that is, that is a stiff pick, when you achieve that stop mixing. Now add in some condensed milk I'm using one cup of condensed milk here you can adjust it according to how you want yours to sweet okay now I mix this with a hand mixer for like five minutes it doesn't take long to mix it with your hand trust me now go ahead and add in your mango puree with some vanilla extract for flavor then you want to mix all that until well combined so guys when you are mixing for your cream please when you achieve that stiff pick do not go further because when you go further then you are making butter yes you have to start making butter at that time so you do not want to go further so now I just added in some food coloring if you like you can add it if you like you can skip it it just depends on what you want so after mixing everything see how smooth and creamy that is this is one of the best homemade ice creams trust me my kids loved it and I hardly even buy ice cream in my home trust me look at that look at that texture that is how you want yours to be now go ahead and into a bowl for my bowl I place this bowl in the freezer for it to like to be really cold so that it kicks off the freezing process like really quick but you do not need to do it but it's just optional if you do it fine if you do not want to do it that's still fine so now transfer that into a bowl and you're going to leave it in the refrigerator not refrigerator the freezer put it in the freezer overnight but before it goes to the freezer you want to cover it with a clean film, okay? Just lightly put the film on top of the cream, okay? Like you just pat it down like slowly so it touches the cream. So this is looking really good. Let it go to the freezer overnight. So the next day this is how that is looking. Everything is now like perfectly freeze up. You want to remove the clean film and you're going to serve that right away. Guys, in my home, I do not buy ice cream because look at the amount of ice cream I made with whipping cream I bought just for like three or four dollars. Like if you wanted to buy this ice cream inside the store, this kind of amount is going to cost you a fortune, trust me. So I'm just going to serve this and give my kids right away this is their favorite moment they love this moment trust me so guys I hope you will get to try this recipe and let me know how yours turned out and if you have any questions you can drop it and I'm going to reply ASAP thank you so much for all the love thank you for all the support thank you for all the likes the comments and told me to eat bye for now and take care
