🫐 Erewhon-Inspired Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie 🫐
If you try ONE new summer smoothie let this be the one because omg did Erewhon and Elsa Hosk outdo themselves with this blueberry cobbler masterpiece! If you want to recreate it at home here is how I made it {tweaked the recipe to fit what I had on hand 🫐} SAVE this recipe to try later: 🫧 1 frozen banana 🫧 1 cup frozen wild blueberries 🫧 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder 🫧 1 serving collagen peptides 🫧 2 tbsp almond butter 🫧 2 pitted medjool dates 🫧 1 cup oat milk 🫧 ice to thicken if needed Blend all ingredients and swirl a drinking glass with coconut cream. Create a wave shape using a sprinkle of blue spirulina powder and pour in your smoothie. Top with coconut whipped cream and crushed graham cracker!
