Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Meal Prep
HONEY MUSTARD SHEET PAN MEAL PREP: Sheet Pan: • 2 bell peppers • 1 kielbasa turkey sausage • 1 red onion • 1 bag mini potatoes 1 large zucchini Honey Mustard Sauce: • 1/4 cup olive oil • 2 tbsp water • 3 tbsp honey • 3 tbsp grainy dijon mustard • Italian seasoning • 2 tsp minced garlic Salt & Pepper 1. Preheat oven to 400 • 2. Mix together honey mustard sauce in a jar and shake well until combined • 3. Cut up potatoes and pour 1/4 of the sauce over the potatoes and mix • 4. Bake potatoes for 25 mins • 5. Cut up other veggies and kielbasa • 6. Coat with remaining sauce and mix until combined • 7. Add to dish with potatoes and bake for another 20 mins • 8. Divide into four meal prep containers and enjoy!

Southwest Sweet Potato Meal Prep
SOUTHWEST SWEET POTATO HASH MEAL PREP - 2 large sweet potatoes • - 1lb grass fed ground beef or ground Turkey • - 1/2 yellow onion • - 1 can corn, drained and rinsed • - 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed • - 1 small can green chilis • - 1 can diced tomatoes • - 1 packet taco seasoning • - Olive oil • Toppings: • Cheese • Cilantro Avocado 1. Add ground beef to a pan with 1/2 packet taco seasoning and olive oil, cook over medium heat until fully cooked through • 2. Set aside • 3. Cut up sweet potatoes into small pieces, the smaller the pieces the easier it cooks • 4. Add sweet potato to an olive oil lined pan with corn, black beans, green chilis, onion, diced tomatoes, and other half of taco seasoning • 5. Mix, Cover, and simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, unti
