Easy Ground Beef Bowls
The easiest ground beef bowls! First, cut your sweet potatoes, toss in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper, any other seasonings you want! Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Put beef tallow (or oil) in a pan and let it heat. Add in your ground beef, season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, top with cheese of your choice (I used havarti) and cover pan with lid to melt. Then add your beef & sweet potatoes to a bowl! I top with cottage cheese and hot honey. However, you can top with anything!
