Celestial Maps- Maps of the Stars, Moon, Sun, Planets, and Constellations

Among the earliest maps were those of the stars, embedded with mystery and mythology. Celestial maps were inspired by people studying the patterns in the night sky long before traveling to far off places and understanding geographic locations.
