This snickers overnight oats is also perfect as dessert or as a snack! Base:- -40g oats -100ml water -1/2 tsp sweetener (optional) First layer:- -100g high protein plain yoghurt - 1 tbsp peanut butter Second layer:- -10g dark chocolate -10g high protein plain yoghurt -5-10ml oat milk -some peanuts to serve (optional) Directions:- Mix oats, water and sweetener until combined. Microwave for 1min. Mix yoghurt & peanut butter. Spread over the oat layer. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add yoghurt and oat milk. Mix well. Add on top the yoghurt layer.
