Wall Drives 4 Acceleration
Wall drives are key in a linear speed class if you’re working on acceleration. The key with the wall drive is to simultaneously drive one knee forward, while extending the opposite leg completely. Athletes should focus on maintaining a 45 degree angle, while keeping both their hips and knees forward Our coaches are looking at,and correcting, the athlete's body position, ground contact and body angle.
