The turkey is first sautéed then the soup comes together in the slow cooker for an incredibly easy and delicious cozy meal! Here’s what you need: 1 lb ground turkey 12-16 oz gnocchi 2 medium carrots, diced 1 yellow onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 5 cups chicken stock 5 tbsp tomato paste 1 cup whole milk whisked with 1-2 tbsp cornstarch (or heavy cream omit the cornstarch) 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp ground fennel 1/2 tsp thyme 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 pinch red pepper flakes 3-4 cups spinach 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Bring a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onion, turkey, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
