One of this week’s prompts is “heart on your sleeve” I made these hanging hearts a few years ago, but since they’re made from recycled and felted wool sweaters, there truly are some hearts on sleeve parts here, and I couldn’t pass up the perfect word play! 😉💖 I used brown grocery bags to make the largest heart piece patterns, and then free hand cut the rest of the heart layers. And then I sewed each heart layer on by hand with embroidery floss. The hooks are buttons, beads, and vintage necklace beads. This #heart2heart2023 challenge lasts all February.
