This is a ceramic worry Stone, I have glazed the inner thumb groove with a lovely blue/green glaze. Its hand sculpted with an eye design to symbolize inner wisdom and that it is watching over you with love and care. I have printed the word 'breathe' on the side, to hopefully help to act as a reminder when your hand comes into contact with the stone. A reminder to focus on taking slow, deep breaths.
