had a really really bad week. in and out of the hospital with a concussion and struggling with anxiety and depression. ive been in bed all week but i never felt like i was relaxed, just sickly and upset. after taking some time to clean my room and make my bed, i feel like i can finally get cozy and relax. sometimes little things can help elevate your mood greatly. i hope everyone is well and make sure to take care of yourself <3
