Spanikopita: my go to appetizer and favorite dinner entre. For dinner you can make it in a pie tin- layer the philo so it drapes over the edges, and make it more like a lasanga- place a player ontop and crinkle over the tops. I have fun decorating it- and of course don't forget the butter!
