1hr · 4 servings Ingredients: • 3/4 cup flour • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 3/4 cup milk • -1/4 cup oil For sugar mix: • 1/4 cup granulated sugar • 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp cocoa powder 300ml boiling water Okay so first, add the dry ingredients, mix well. Then add the milk & oil. Mix these together so form your cake batter. Now mix granulated sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder. Add the batter to a greased baking pan, now sprinkle the sugar mix on top. Cover fully. Next add boiling water on top. Do not mix anything. Let it set on top. Bake at 160 for 35 mins. Easyyy! Lower the heat and stir continuously to prevent the milk from sticking on bottom of the pan. • Scrape of the cream layer stuck on the edges and repeat the process until the milk reduces to 1/3rd • Add cardamom powder, & sugar, continue simmering for 7-8 minutes while stirring. • Add nuts and turn off the heat • Cool down the rabri on room temperature and refrigerate it before serving.
