iRick Wiggins on Instagram: "Say “YUM” if you would eat these Protein Blueberry Donut Holes 😋🫐🍩 What you need: 1 cup almond flour 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup blueberries Melted sugar free white chocolate chips How to make them: 1. Mix your almond flour, baking powder and Greek yogurt into a dough and knead for a few minutes until smooth and firm. *Add extra flour if needed 2. Gently fold in the blueberries, then roll into small golf ball sized balls. 3. Spray with oil. Air fry at 360ºF for 8–10 minutes until golden. 4. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and enjoy! Pro tip.. It helps to roll the dough into balls and then kind of form it around your blueberries to avoid them getting squished and making the dough too sticky."

What you need: 3 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup sweetener (or 1/3 if using allulose) 1/4 cup water 1 tsp good vanilla extract. How to make it: Blend everything till very smooth. Poor into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight. Optionally finish with some whipped creme, chocolate shavings and a few berries and a mint leaf.
