Andrea on Instagram: "✨Cheesesteak Potato Soup✨ First take1- 1 1/2 pounds thin cut sirloin steak and cut into bite size pieces. Chopped 2 bell peppers and 1 onion In a medium to hot pan add a few TBSP of butter then add your peppers and onions After a few minutes of cooking add your steak cook about 4 minutes then add to your crockpot Next In a crockpot add: 28oz bag frozen o brien style hash brown 4 cups chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken 1/2 stick of butter Let cook until potatoes are tender about 1 1/2-2 hours on high. Low about 3-4 hours After potatoes are tender add 1 cup sour cream 1 block softened cream cheese 16 oz of shredded cheese(I used white cheddar and provolone) Let cook another couple hours until everything is melted Enjoy! Top with more cheese and green onions"
