INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 lbs ribeye steak Salt, pepper, garlic powder Steak Seasoning 1 onion 4 tbsp butter 2 green peppers Provolone cheese slices Cheese Whiz 4 hoagie rolls Mayo INSTRUCTIONS Thinly slice steak and set aside. Thinly slice an onion and 2 green peppers. Spread hoagie rolls with mayo. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and quickly toast the hoagie rolls. Once rolls are toasted remove them from the pan and set aside. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Cook peppers and onions seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until tender. Scrunch and fold up 3 pieces of mortadella and fry separately on both sides until crispy. Then stack the fried mortadella, slice the provolone and place it on top of the mortadella. For some reason, Turkey day leftovers remain relegated to November for most. But speaking for my House this sandwich shows up year round because the squad loves it that much. I just use deli turkey, a can of whole berry cranberry sauce and yes, I’ll make a box of Stove top stuffing to get these on the table in a flash. The family is happy that I did. But for this month, making these is a perfect way to use up your feast day leftovers. I normally use Hawaiian rolls, but the store was out of them today so I bought these brioche rolls which were almost the exact same. . . Turkey Cranberry Sliders . . Recipe ⤵️ * Cut a chuck roast into big chunks, seasoning it liberally with salt * Add it to the crockpot with 1 stick of butter, 1 packet of ranch, 1 packet of au jus mix and about 1/4 of pepperoncini peppers * Cook on low for 6 hours or until it’s fall apart tender * Shred the meat finely and then it’s time to build sandwiches * Toast your roll for 5 minutes at 350° to crisp up, then add mayo, provolone, beef and a few more pepperoncini’s * Wrap it tightly for a few minutes to help the cheese melt * Dunk it the leftover au jus and enjoy!"
