Full ingredient list: 5-6 boneless chicken thighs 1/4 cup @toom garlic dip 2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt For tzatziki sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup grated cucumber 2-3 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp dill 1/2-1 tsp salt & pepper For pickled onions: 1 cup water + vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp peppercorns Bring water, vinegar, & sugar just to a boil, remove from heat and add to a glass jar with sliced red onions.
