Healthy Eating on Instagram: "Say "YUM" if you would eat this Airfryer Soup by @healthyfitbella_ What you need: 500g Cherry Tomatoes 3 peeled garlic cloves or 1/2 bulb of small garlic 2 shallots or 1/2 red onion 100ml Stock if using Basil Olive oil S&P Cream Cheese Toasties Sliced Vienna Bread Cheddar Grated Mozzarella Butter What to do: 1. If using roast garlic, place in tinfoil with olive oil & sea salt. Cook in airfyer for 25 mins on roast or Airfry @ 190c 2. Place tomatoes, shallots, garlic cloves if using, basil in the Airfryer drawer, season & drizzle with olive oil. 3. Cook on Roast setting for 15 mins or Airfry @190C 4. Thanks to Matt @ohsofresh91 for sharing this concept with me! It’s genius. Here’s how to make them: Grab your favorite bagels (I used onion). I prefer fresh ones from a bagel shop if you have that option. The bagels are usually much softer/fresher than store options. It’s tough to stay on a diet and give up the foods you love, so that’s why this recipe needed to happen.
