James joined Savills in 2017 and advises clients on student accommodation investment and development throughout the UK.

James joined Savills in 2017 as a London commercial graduate. He has worked across a number of commercial divisions including UK investment, valuations and office leasing. Additionally, he undertook a secondment at Savills Australia (Sydney).

In 2020 James joined the operational capital markets division, specialising in purpose built student accommodation (PBSA).

James provides specialist student advice for a variety of institutions, investors and developers throughout the UK.

Outside of work, James has a keen interest in sport and travelling.
