Jamie has over 7 years investment agency experience, advising a broad range of clients on acquisitions, disposals and development projects, with a focus now on UK PBSA.
Jamie joined Savills in June 2015, working in the investment team in the Belfast office, transacting across a variety of sectors including student accommodation, residential, retail, offices, food stores and industrial.
In 2020 he joined the student accommodation team, which sits within the operational capital markets division based in London. In the last 24 months, the UK student accommodation team has closed more than £7billion of transactions.
Recent Projects Include:
Acquisition advice for a £1bn UK PBSA partnership between Ares Management and Generation Estates, seeded with £160m of assets, followed by a £57m forward funding in Leeds and £35m asset in Glasgow.
UK PBSA asset consultancy advice to Tristan Capital Partners’ core-plus fund to aid the launch of £400m joint venture with Bricks Group.
Project Matador: acting for Studious in the disposal of a £94m portfolio to Mapletree and Barings.
