Mark joined Savills in December 2023 following the acquisition of Nash Bond where Mark was the founding and managing director. Mark has been practicing as a retail property consultant in central London for over 35 years. Mark is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Mark handles agency instructions and is also a recognised market leader in dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of landlords on both Bond Street and Oxford Street. He is a specialist in the field of dispute resolution and is often required to prepare reports and replies for independent expert and arbitration referrals when negotiated settlements cannot be achieved. Mark also acts as an expert witness for references to PACT or court in connection with 1954 act renewals.

In addition to retail premises, Mark is actively involved in the restaurant and leisure market. Mark is a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society (RPAS).
