Rachel spent seven years living in Australia, where she joined Savills in 2016. She returned to the UK in 2019 and joined the OCM division, specialising in PBSA valuations.
Rachel specialises in providing valuation services for student accommodation investment assets and development schemes.
Rachel has over 16 years of experience in real estate, primarily in investment and development valuation. Her clients include many private banks and major lending sources as well as private clients.
Rachel is also involved in developing new graduate talent and is a RICS Counsellor and APC Assessor.
