Within the UK, he has undertaken a number of the largest retail deals and is well regarded as the leading Oxford Street advisor, with over 50% market share in recent years. Oxford Street deals have included setting multiple record rental levels for landlords, but also considered and strategic advice for retailers. Recent Oxford Street deals have included the £136m investment acquisition for Hines of 80 New Bond Street, which is the high profile strategic corner of both Oxford and Bond Street. He also recently advised Boots on their new flagship beauty hall concept store in Covent Garden.

Most recently, Sam has been appointed by the Reef Group to act as the leading agent on one for the worlds most exciting and iconic mixed use developments, providing 280,000 sq ft of subterranean space at Cavendish Square in Central London. 

Globally, Sam is currently advising on the iconic former Ralph Lauren, Fifth Avenue building in New York as well as being the leading global acquisition and strategic agent for luxury American home-furnishings company RH, who are expanding their network of stores to international markets.
