    Funghi Ripieni Mushrooms filled with garlic butter, bread crumbs and white wine. Terrine Chefs recipe Pork and Pistacchio terrine served with red onion and balsamic vinegar chutney. Zuppa Del Giorno Freshly made soup of the day. Insalata di Crayfish & Crab Crayfish & Crab on a bed of salad leaves served with Maria Rosa sauce. Bruschetta Ciabatta bread with garlic, fresh tomatoes and red onions.

    Avocado & Crayfish Cocktail Avacado filled with Crayfish & bloody mary sauce. Fegatini Chicken livers pan fried with garlic, onions & chillies with a touch of tomato. Gamberi Fritti King Prawns in a light crispy beer batter served with garlic mayonnaise. Procuitto e Melone Parma ham served with fresh Melon. Tartina Goats cheese and red onion tart served with a salad garnish.

    Pollo Piccante Chicken breast pan fried with shallots, peppers, mushrooms & chillies in a spicy tomato sauce. Tortellini alla Crema Pasta with ham and mushrooms in a light cream sauce.
