Unfair competition in agricultural, commercial or industrial enterpr ises or in labor through the use of force, intimidation, deceit, machination or any other unjust, oppressive or highhanded method shall give rise to a right of action by the person who thereby suffers damage. What do you mean by this provision? Our country is democratic and it would be a mockery of democracy if the governme nt would allow any person to unjustly deprive other people the opportunity to en gage in business and earn a living. Likewise, this provision prohibits the employment of deception or any other mean s contary to good faith by which persons will pas off the goods manufactured by him.
