Re-opened the restaurant after being closed for some time. Primary responsibilities at this restaurant included line cook, supply ordering & inventory Other roles included bar tending and waiting tables
Liquor store, bar/lounge and casino all in one building, multitasking was necessary component of the position. Was responsible for large sums of cash, serving alcohol responsibly and closing/opening the business at the correct time and in a professional manner.
