    I am requesting funding for the City of Sunbury Video Surveillance Project in fiscal year 2010.

    The funding would be used for purchase of video equipment to develop a city-wide video
    surveillance program to provide video streams of high crime areas, state routes, local fairs or
    events, and official functions.
