Grade Level Meeting K-3 February 14, 2014 7:00-7:30 + Irate parents. Teachers have a right to hang up. +Global Scholars Go over individual scores with students, point out gains! Compare Fall score with new score with students. Be sure to go over overall goals with students as well. Teacher Demo Test Use as instructional tool! Try to get into the mindset of the students and see what they are going through FSU Criteria regarding Global Scholar Achieve 70% minimum growth 2nd-8th Taken on average not per student FSU not focusing on all students, mainly cohorts! Spring Testing will take place 1st week of April Teachers have requested a day(s) notice before testing to prepare students and pump them up! +Lesson Plans Due every Friday by 8am SMI-sequence of instruction will be given (SMI will be a grade now) Multiplication Facts Flash Cards Kindergarten-second (Songs) Math scores are down across all Leona schools. We need to be more creative and get kids about math. +Assessment Forms Make sure they are turned in with quiz, pre and post assessments +Move Global Scholars and Dibels cards on chart paper in classes to show their growth! +Good of the order/Kudos +PBIS Day Use to your advantage to get control of kids as positive reinforcement
