    1. No Display or display is unstable


    Interface Board -

    No picture or picture unstable

    Y Power off? N Does cable plug in connector? Turn on power.

    Plug all wires then turn on power again.

    Y Is power stable?

    N Check power BD.

    Y N Is LED light green? Check control BD.

    N Check (U1) DDC data.

    Does DVI signal work?

    Y +

    + N Is LED status normal? Check MCU (U4) or replace it.

    Y Does crystal work correctly?

    N Check crystal (Y2) CKT or replace it.

    Y Is LED status normal? Y

    N Replace interface BD or check scaler TSU56AL (U2).

    N Does LVDS cable connect to panel? Y Plug LVDS cable again or replace it.

    Check Panel or replace it.

    2. BUTTON function
    Control board -

    OSD doesnt work.

    N Is control BD working? Plug control BD then retry.

    Y Is button switch working?

    N Replace control BD then

    Y Check Interface BD N L7~L12, R55~R60, R41, R42, RN1, RN2 OK? Y Check Interface BD. Replace component then

    Backlight didn't shine

    Y Check IC801 IC801 PIN 9 IS 12~16V? N N Plug CN701 again or checking I/F BD PWM existed? (BLT_ADJ) Y N Plug CN601 again or checking PW BD Turn on level existed? (BLT_ON) Y N Insert them again Check CN801~CN804 was pluged properly? Y

    Y LED shined? N Y 3.3V existed? Y Replace new fuse N IS I/F board connected? N

    Replace new fuse Y Check IC701 OK? Replace IC701

    N Replace IC801,Q805,Q812 Y Checking F601 Broke? N Replace new fuse

    Y Check IC601 Vcc existed? N Replace IC601,Q602,

    Replace IC602, IC702,D701 or check I/F BD
