‘Splendours Of India’ Leisure Accommodation Package

Terms & Conditions

Package Details:

1. Leisure Accommodation Packages are available based on the destinations reserved by

the customers but always subject to availability.
2. Accommodation for 7nights / 8 days for 2 adults + 2 kids below 10 yrs of age sharing the
room without any extra bed.
3. Accommodation can be split into OPTION-I :2N/2N/3N, OPTION-II: 3N/4N, Note:
N=Nights
4. Taxes, service charges and other incidental charges (if applicable) are additional and
have to be paid to the hotel at the time of check-out..
5. The validity of the package is 2years from the date of sign-up of Leisure Accommodation
Package through QuestNetTMIndia.
6. The time given for claiming the benefit of the package is not extendable in any event
reason whatsoever.
7. Participating hotels are three star ( three*)category and above.
8. Participating hotels / destination list can alter from time to time.
9. Exclusion period as applicable during which package cannot be claimed.
10. Mere sign-up of package by itself will not grant to a customer any right to stay in any of
the resort / hotel. The customer has to submit a package Claim Form which QNI will
endeavor to honor subject to availability.
11. A package can be used not more than once.
12. The package / packages allotted are non-transferable non-refundable, non-negotiable
and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

Claiming the Package:

1. Customers should send the booking request to QVI at Customercare@qviclub.com or fax

at +65 6491 0899.
2. QNI recommend that to ensure the availability of accommodation, customer should make
the package claim request at least 45 days in advance notice with a choice of 1st, 2nd &3rd
choice of destinations & dates to process for bookings.
3. Reservation is subject to availability in a first come, first served basis.
4. Reservation cancellation / amendment / modification charges prior to check-in date :-
Check-in period Cancellation /amendment/modification fee
a. 30 to 15 days - Rs.2300/-
b. 15 to 7 days - Rs.4600/-
c. Less than 7 days - package will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
d. No show - package will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. QNI will endeavor to honor all bookings from Customers but it reserves its sole right to
dishonor any booking stating the reasons as under
• Non compliance of terms and conditions of the package;
• Non receipt of full payment of the packages as per the terms of payment;
• Validity of package under question
• Non availability of accommodation.
• Force majure.
6. In case QNI unable to accommodate the booking requests from customer which are given
in accordance to the terms and conditions, in that case we shall either; accommodate your
request at alternate date or shall make alternative arrangements with other hotel/ resort of
same/ similar standard wholely dependent on availability.
 7. Reservations in referral hotels are as per their terms and conditions. QNI facilitates this
provision only under special circumstances. QNI assumes no responsibility for the quality of
service and facilities provided by these hotels. All correspondence regarding
accommodation facilities and amenities should be addressed directly to the hotels
concerned.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

1. The check-in / check-out time is 1200 hrs IST. Early check-ins and late checkouts are
subject to availability and at the discretion on the hotel.
2. All arrivals prior to 07:00am IST will be booked, held & charged for from the previous
evening itself.
3. In the absence of arrival details / timings, all confirmed room reservations will be deemed
as guaranteed up to 15:00 hrs IST only, and may be released thereafter.
4. Any extension of stay shall be subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel and
discount of 10-20% shall be applicable on the hotels published room tariff. In such case the
room tariff agreed between Customer and the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel.
QNI assumes no responsibility for payment of the extension of your stay
5. In case of prior checkout from the fixed period, customer cannot claim any amount from
QNI for the rest of the package.

Grievances

The customer reserves all the right to forward their grievances related to vacation packages to
QNI, which in turn solely undertakes to redress the same based on due enquiry.

Note : QNI reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
