    Builder Integra

    Araldite Builder Integra is an integral waterproofing admixture for concrete and


    cement mortar with good plasticising properties. The product confirms to IS 2645.
    It is suitable for usage in production of waterproof concrete in accordance with
    DIN 1048 (German Industrial Standard No. 1048)

    AREAS OF APPLICATION:
    Watertight concretes employed in the construction of
    l Water retaining structures

    l Sanitary rooms

    l Concrete roofs

    l Basements

    l Tunnels

    l Tanks

    l Swimming pools etc.

    FEATURES & BENEFITS:


    l It allows the reduction of about 15% mixing water, without altering the workability of the mix, which

    is required for the preparation of watertight concrete.


    l It brings about contraction of capillary pores and increases density of concrete rendering the concrete

    optimally watertight
    l It results in formation of homogenous and evenly distributed cement binder, which brings about

    efficient binding of aggregates


    l Reduces shrinkage cracks in plaster & concrete

    METHOD OF APPLICATION :
    l Add 100 ml of Araldite Builder Integra for every 50 kg cement in the concrete/ mortar mix

    l The recommended dose of Araldite Builder Integra is mixed into the gauging water, required to

    prepare concrete/mortar. The concrete or mortar should be mixed for 2-3 minutes to thoroughly
    disperse.
    l Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices

    Shelf life is 1 year.

    Please note that all generally applicable regulations and working principles must be observed, when using Araldite Builder
    Integra for production and application of concrete and cement mortars.
