College cost too much! It should be free

General Overview:
I want college to be free to all students, many countries have already began giving free
college tuitions, and I want free college education for students.

1.In 1981 a full college tuition was around $10,000 (1)

2. In 31 years the price for college has gone up about $20,000 (1)
