The alarm message means that the battery for Controller of UPS has problem, so
check and replace the 2 batteries in the controller box.
(A) The final position of fast transverse cylinder doesnt fall between the Max. and
Min. mold height while lock cylinder is to be activated.
(B) Remedy:
a) Check the mold thickness, it must fall between the Max. and Min. mold height.
b) Check the clamping L.S. Input 04.
(A) Misalignment of tie bar teeth and split nut's teeth after fast transverse cylinder
movement.
(B) Remedy:
a) Check the teeth alignment LS Input 17, Input 18.
b) Re-adjust the mold height.
(A) Ejector backward movement didnt complete within stroke check time at auto mode.
(B) Remedy:
a) Switch to menu 05, check and modify parameters GG HH III.I JJKK and
LLL.L
b) Check the ejection mechanism.
c) Check ejectors pressure direction.
d) Check the directional control valve of ejector.

(A) The message will appear if the input impulse signal of mold adjustment counter is
incorrect when the mold adjustment motor is running.
(B) Remedy:
a) Check whether the limit switch (Input 31) of mold-adjustment counter is incorrect
when the mold-adjustment motor is running.
b) Measure the current when the mold-adjustment is opening. If the current exceeds
normal range, please check the mold-adjustment mechanism or the motor.
c) Check whether the setting range of timer (Tim 38) is normal. The time set by Tim
38 can not be changed at will or too long, otherwise the mold-adjustment mechanism
will be damaged.

machine can do mold-closing that depends on the Input 35 ON, otherwise will appear
046 robot doesnt come back initial position message. In auto mode, after the
injection machine got the product and return to its position, machine will verify
product signal (input 33), when machine time is up, if the signal is not verified
then 047 remove product and check warning will appear.
In semi-auto mode, after cyclic operation, safety door must be used to control the new activity, at the
same time the product must be taken out and then close the safety door, so this is the mode to use
when not using robot to remove product. The robot must not control the safety door when it is in
semi-auto mode. If worker open the safety door and then close it, it will cause robot that control
machine to have error.

(B) Operational Method:
The function is feedback of oil pressure and showing the pressure in the menu.
In auto mode, the filling procedure, the amount of material depends on the need and injects
into mold cavity. Compare forward speed and setting value, correct injecting speed
automatically. In pressure holding sensor tells the actual liquid pressure and pressure
holding setting.
